Boncolac
The history of Boncolac began in 1955 in the heart of the Basque country. The company, at that time, used to manufacture ice cream and a renowned chocolate drink called Boncolac. Later in the 70's, it expanded its manufacturing of products to frozen cakes and pastries.
Since 2011, the company has concentrated its efforts in strengthening its bakery & catering range, recruited a chefs team, opened an innovation center and acquired new tools for product developments, in order to confirm Boncolac leadership in pastry and bakery solutions for professionals and end consumers.
