Turbot is widely recognized as one of the finest fish in the sea. Turbot is a flatfish, quite large with small flakes, and delicate and generous meat thanks to its size, you can easily do a dozen servings.

It has white flesh, really thick in the center but soft and it has a medium oily flavour.

We can describe it as subtle seafood with rich flavour and with a texture that melts in your mouth.
