Ricotta Borgoluce has a sweet & delicate taste, with intense lactic notes. Thanks to its consistency and delicate taste, it is perfect for the preparation of desserts, even with pears, chocolate, and hazelnuts.
Delicious also in savory version, perhaps stuffed with basil pesto and confit tomatoes and covered with gomasio, to be served chilled in single portions by the glass.
