Caprino Fresco is made from pasteurized goat's milk in the Alta Langa dairy, where human skill, artisan craftsmanship, and innovation combine to spread the "Lagarola" tradition throughout the world.

Caprino Fresco has an acidic taste with hints of iron and aromas of straw and hay.

The Alta Langa dairy is immersed in the nature of the Piedmontese hills, in Bosia, a small village in Alta Langa. The economy of the area made up of steep slopes, far from the main trade routes and still almost uncontaminated, has been based for centuries on the small-scale farming of goats, sheep, and cows.
