The Alta Langa dairy is immersed in the nature of the Piedmontese hills, in Bosia, a small village in Alta Langa. The economy of the area made up of steep slopes, far from the main trade routes and still almost uncontaminated, has been based for centuries on the small-scale farming of goats, sheep, and cows.
