France Salers is a semi-hard cheese with a red rind and yellow interior with a very fruity and spicy flavour thanks to the summer grass the cows are fed with, which is especially rich. It is DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and made exclusively from Salers cow's milk between the fifteenth of April and the fifteenth of November.
Les Frères Marchand are cheese masters and affineurs. They are a reference to aging and ripening cheeses. They are offering the perfect maturity of selected cheeses from the best-renowned countries specialised in cheese.
