Raclette Smoked

Smoked Raclette de Savoie, is a brushed rinded French semi-hard cheese from the Alps and is made with cow’s milk. It has a medium-strong taste as it is smoked with beech wood.

Raclette is an unpasteurised brown cheese, with a leathery washed rind. It is delicious when cooked on a raclette machine, as it is served hot to eat it, melting as per tradition over potatoes and charcuterie, cornichon, and salads. It is a rich cheese and usually associated with the winter ski season.
