Raclette De Savoie IGP/ Winter Cheese/ Winter Cheese

Raclette is a brushed rinded French semi hard cheese from the Alps. It has a medium strong taste and it is made with cow milk. Raclette is an unpasteurised cheese brown, with leathery washed rind.

It is delicious when cooked on a raclette machine, as it is served hot to eat it melt as per tradition over potatoes and charcuterie, cornichon and salads. It is a rich cheese and usually associated to the winter ski season.
