Stone Axe Full Blood Wagyu beef is raised from their breeding herds, which are spread across a number of breeding farms in New South Wales and Victoria, and are managed by them. Each farm is situated over 1000 yards above the sea surface, which provides a suitable climate for both breeding’s and raising the Wagyu. As a result, cattle are able to grow and develop maturity with access to fresh air, water, pasture, and natural shelter in a stress-free atmosphere.
Stone Axe Wagyu is offering the finest meat quality, with no artificial growth hormones, and are raised on grain-fed carefully monitored by Australian farmers. Available in a range of cuts ideal for thin slicing’s (suitable for Asian BBQ or Shabu Shabu) as well as whole portions. A unique identification tag is attached to each Stone Axe Wagyu animal, enabling a thorough tracking of each animal's growth and ensuring traceability over the entire life of its product.
