In 1919, Claude Eugène Mieral took over the company (Montrevel en Bresse, Ain) where he produced butter, eggs, cheese, and poultry.
His great-grandchildren Valéry and Florent took over the business 100 years later and are now supplying the world's top restaurants, retailers, and butchers with superior poultry.
